TREE SEED

seeding your own steady ground

We need radical honesty—learning to speak from our root systems about how we feel and what we want.

GUIDED & FOCUSED somatic work

A structured container of 4–8 somatic sessions to support you to

ROOT into resource, self-connection & security and

RESIDE more fully in your body & you life.

TREE SEED is a focused somatic container built around the arc of change — not a long-term therapy relationship or a checklist of goals — but a brave space for the honest work of learning to stay with yourself through what is hard, what is shifting, and what is ready to transform.

The container is four to eight sessions — enough space to go somewhere real, defined enough to keep the work purposeful. Sessions are not pre-scheduled on a fixed weekly cadence. Each one is booked after the previous session's integration has had time to settle in the body — so the rhythm of the work follows your nervous system.

At the center of this work is what I call loving discipline — supporting you in reclaiming self-authority and crafting the conditions to truly support your own growth and development (tree work). Not force, not urgency, not habit. Emergent tending. You bring your curiosity, insight, and willingness; I bring attuned presence, centered intuition and somatic practices. Together we build a container where growth has room, and discipline, to happen.

Action isn’t a burden to be hoisted up and lugged around on our shoulders. It is something we are. The work we have to do can be seen as a kind of coming alive. More than some moral imperative, it’s an awakening to our true nature, a releasing of our gifts.
